This document is a general starting template and does not constitute legal advice. OverDrivr should have this reviewed by a licensed lawyer familiar with PIPEDA and BC's PIPA before public launch, particularly regarding data handling practices, third-party processors, and cross-border storage specifics once your infrastructure (e.g., Supabase region) is finalized.
